Celebrates its 43rd Consecutive Year
of Canadian Club Society

Canadian Club® whisky, one of the world?s favorite Canadian whiskies for more than 140 years, honored its top US sales performers through induction into the 2006 Canadian Club Society. Celebrating its 43rd consecutive year, the Canadian Club Society is the longest running trade incentive program in the spirits industry.

More than 160 winners and their guests were rewarded with a four-day, three-night trip to Laguna Negal, California where they stayed at the Ritz-Carlton. Winners were recognized at the annual Canadian Club Society dinner and received the coveted Canadian Club Society ring. Among this year's winners was Priscilla Ducote of Future Brands, Texas, the first female honored with entry into the Canadian Club Society five times.

“We are honored to celebrate and thank those who work tirelessly on behalf of Canadian Club," said Dennis Prado, senior brand director, Canadian Club whisky. “The Canadian Club Society is a great tradition recognizing distributors and sales representatives across the country."

The 2006 program ran in March through May to coincide with the announcement of Canadian Club joining the Indy Racing League® IndyCar® Series. Canadian Club was the primary sponsor of this year's event along with Sauza® tequila, DeKuyper® cordials and liqueurs, Starbucks' Liqueurs and Courvoisier® cognac.
